Refund Policy for Trading Training Services
Dear Customer,
Thank you for choosing CTR Library as your trading training partner. We are committed to providing a high level of
of customer satisfaction by providing quality educational services. Our efforts are aimed at creating a positive and
productive experience for each of our members.
In the event that a refund is required for trading education services provided, we provide the following terms and procedures:
1. General Terms and Conditions:
Refunds are considered if the client expresses dissatisfaction with the quality of the educational services provided.
2. Refund Deadlines:
Refund requests are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase of the training course or programme.
3. Refund Procedure:
The customer must submit a written request for a refund, stating the reasons for dissatisfaction with the services.
The application must be sent to [email protected] within the specified deadline.
The application must contain the contact details of the claimant and must be received strictly from the e-mail address previously indicated by the client as a contact address.

4. Consideration of the Application:
The Application will be reviewed by our team within 14 working days of receipt.
The decision on the refund will be made according to the results of the analysis of the justification provided.
5. Refund of Funds:
If the application is approved, the refund amount will be transferred to the customer's bank account within 3 working days.
Please note the refund policy:
Funds will be refunded in full if the client applies for a refund 3 days prior to the start of the course;
Partial refund (50% of the cost) if the client applies for a refund during the course;
Funds are non-refundable if the client applies for a refund 10 days after the training.
